a) Conveyancing, Commercial Practice, Incorporation and Liquidation of Companies; the amount charged is the minimum amount provided by the Advocates’ Remuneration Order.
b) On debt collection, the amount charged is based on the amount actually collected / recovered.
c) On general Civil, Criminal Litigation and Insurance Claims, the amount charged is the minimum amount provided by the Advocates’ Remuneration Order.
d) Parties may elect to enter into agreements on fees.
HOWEVER, NOTE THAT the firm in some instances negotiates the Legal Fees and give its clients a discount / rebates whenever deemed necessary and appropriate.
